Eligibility:

• This policy applies to all honey products purchased from Sindh’s Honey website.
• Refunds or replacements will only be considered within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement:

1. Contact our customer service team by email at sindhshoney@gmail.com or by phone at 03332962677 within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Let us know whether you would like a refund or replacement and the reason for your request.
3. For replacements, we will ask you which flavor you would prefer instead.
4. Upon approval, we will provide you with instructions for returning honey product.

Refunds:

• Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
• Shipping costs for the original order will not be refunded.

Replacements:

• We will ship your replacement honey product with half shipping cost within 3 business days of receiving the returned product.

Please Note:

• We cannot accept returns if products are half used or almost used.
• We reserve the right to limit the number of refunds or replacements issued to a single customer.
